Reimagining The Ujima Food Garden

On October 9th 2025 the Ujima Foundation Kisumu Team came together to discuss their ideas and feedback on the Ujima Food Garden (UFG), located on our wonderful training compound in Milimani.

With dedication and fruitful participation, the team spoke about the opportunities that UFG is having and how to make our mission and vision more known in Kisumu and beyond. While there are improvements to be made, there are countless things we all love about our training restaurant. Especially the unique ambience, the tasty meals and welcoming staff. Together we thought about the menu and events we offer and how to expand on them.

We welcome the feedback of our respected guests and friends or UFG. While our students learn in a safe space, our guests should always feel comfortable and welcomed.
