As the Head Chef at Ujima Food Garden, you will be the driving force behind our culinary creations. You will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and mentor the kitchen staff, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and execute a menu that delights our guests. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and shape the culinary direction of our socially conscious startup.
entrepreneurship trainer
As a entrepreneurship trainer, you will engage directly with trainees to facilitate their skills development. This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. You are expected to train and equip the students with entrepreneurship skill, taking an active role in design and implementation of training programmes, business development support, and provision of ‘start-up packages’ to selected base-level entrepreneurs.
