Kenneth Belle Odwar
MEAL Expert and ICT Trainer
Kenneth Belle Odwar is a strategic MEAL leader, project manager, and social scientist with nearly 12 years of experience in evidence-driven programming and adaptive learning across humanitarian and development sectors. He has supported large-scale initiatives, including the $100M USAID NAWIRI program and multi-country frameworks in Kenya, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Zimbabwe.
Currently, he serves as MEAL, Training, and Capacity Development Specialist at Ujima Foundation in Kisumu, where he leads results frameworks, monitoring systems, and impact evaluations that strengthen accountability and organizational learning. Kenneth specializes in Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA) and is proficient in SPSS, Stata, and Power BI.
He holds certifications in M&E, SCRUM, PMD Pro, and FMD Pro, and serves on the Board of the International Transformation Foundation. He holds a BA in Development Studies with IT, an MA in Research & Public Policy, and is pursuing an MA in Community Health & Development at Great Lakes University of Kisumu.
