Emma odongo

Executive Assistant

Emma Odongo is the Executive Assistant of Ujima Foundation, and is based in Kisumu. She is able to co-ordinate administrative functions with all the field offices, she also supports the management team, sitting and organizing management meetings and taking minutes. She handles HR issues and makes sure all the staff have their contracts on time and manages personnel records.

She holds a higher diploma in Human Resource from the University of Nairobi, also holds a Diploma in Information Technology (IT) at Sigotop Career Development Centre Kisumu, and has also done a Computerised Secretarial Course at Valley Secretarial College Nairobi.
